Nothing is better than a hand crafted ceramic, made with love and attention to detail. El Pequeno Colibri works with a handful of Peruvian artists who create a number of different ceramics.
One of my favorite Peruvian sculptures available on their site is the ceramic llama sculpture adorned with silver. This piece in particular has a cute, fun and whimsical design. It features twin llamas which were handmade in Pucara, Peru and adorned with 950 silver. The place where these llamas were created is known for its handmade ceramic toros…the toritos of Pucara.
